WHAT DO YOU MEASURE?

Think about how you assess your company’s performance. Do you know what is critical for measuring your progress and results? Have you decided on your key performance indicators (KPIs)?

The more specifically and tangibly you measure, the more focused your work will be, and the sooner and more easily you will see the results of your work. Remember, what you can’t measure does not exist!Use metrics to measure and compare your results against the targets you have set.

Make sure you can relate the different metrics to each other (analyze) and understand not only what they mean (interpret) but also what to do (act).
